The REAL GOOD PODCAST - LAUNCHing APRIL 10TH!

If you follow me over on IG, you might already know that I've got a PODCAST coming out, guys! One of my very best friends, Nathalie Jamar, and I have teamed up to bring our love for podcasts and our interest in all things health, wellness, and girl-power-related to the microphone. And we're so excited to share it with you! We're calling it the Real Good Podcast - all about two ladies living in Southern California navigating real health, relationships & wellness. Cutting though the bullshit to help you live a good life! 

We know there is a ton of information out there about all the trendy things: dieting, yoga, femininity, hippie voodoo, reality TV, what types of shoes are both comfy AND support your arch - but it's all paid opinions and weird comparisons. We'll dig into one topic each episode and break it down with our listeners so you can make the best, most educated decisions on what really matters for you. Plus, we'll swear a lot and have a lot of fun with it too. New episodes will be out every other Tuesday AM, and we're set to officially launch our first TWO episodes next Tuesday, April 10th. YAY! Until then, we want you to get excited, tell your friends, give us a follow on IG, and ask us questions! We plan to read one listener mail with a question, comment, or review at the end of each episode - so get involved and you just might hear your comment on air next week!
